I am 8 months old!

New Day Softball

Jamie and I play softball every Saturday on a church league. We have lots of little league kids running around and playing in the dirt. Thankfully for now I manage to get Cy home clean, but I know that won't last too much longer!

Mommy's Night Out

Tonight the boys stayed at home together while mommmy went and got some much needed time to relax (pedicure). We went on a long walk to see what we could find...didn't find much...no alligators, no snakes, no big lizards...Cy wouldn't have seen them anyway because five minutes into the walk he was fast asleep in his stroller. Cy and I love the chance to spend time together, but every time we do I am reminded how amazing mother's are...I feel like I have worked a 40 hour week in the last 3 hours...and the work isn't done, he still is not asleep.

Mommy just called and said she had a really good time. We are glad she did, but we are ready for her to come home

He is so proud of himself for drinking out of a sippy cup. He definitely knows what the applause is all about and loves it. He did awesome with his first attempt at the sippy cup. Now lets just hope he doesn't love them as much as his mother! Who still drinks out of a sippy cup now and then!
