The giraffe Exibit!
We got to walk right up to eye level of the giraffes and feed them lettuce out of our hands. Cy loved it! The girraffe was sooo big! I knew they were tall- but when you are right up there with them, they are huge too!
So, unfortunately we did not have power in our video camera, but while feeding the giraffes Cy and I turned around to have Daddy take a picture. the giraffe blew on Cy's head, and then licked the little bit of hair that is sticking out of his helmet! it of course scared me to death- I had no idea what just happened! and ran away screaming. It would have probably made us a good $10,000 on AFV if we had it recorded. Any way we got a few pictures before and after the scene! check out the licked hair!

The Miami Zoo!
We are making the most of our visits to Miami. This was Cy's very first Zoo trip! And it was a GREAT one! He loved it. Stayed awake the whole time, looking at all the animals. It was hard to get pictures actually because he wanted to look at the animals- not the camera!

Welcome to Miami, bienvenido a Miami
Cy's special hat gets adjusted every other week in Miami. We have really come to love the city! We have made the most of our time there... on the MonoRail, downtown eating and watching people, shopping, and "The HIGH life" literally. A friend of my family has a condo right on the beach, where we were able to stay. WOW it was so amazing. Cy loved the tub... and so did Mommy!

Christmas Eve in Louisville
We always celebrate Christmas Eve with Poppy and Howard. We served breakfast at the Ronald McDonald House, went to church at Southeast, then ate dinner and opened presents at Molly and Polly's house.
