Sledding

So it snowed here for about 10 days straight. Our drive way is the perfect sledding hill! not easy to get up in a car, but very fun to slide down. We made three attempts to go to the North Pole, and couldn't on account of the snow the first two!
Cy and cruz both hated getting bundled up. They cried and screamed as we were getting ready to go out. then Cy started to smile the second we slid down the hill, and Cruz never did smile. He hated it! Maybe next year.

The North Pole

We got to the travel to the North Pole this year to see Santa! We followed a 2 mile path in a state park filled with lights that lead right to Santa Land! The boys were a little scared if Santa, but after watching several kids sit on his lap decided he was ok. He sure wasn't as Jolly as I thought he would be, but we had a great time. There was a train display and a ball pit!!!! The best part of course!

Side note: When we saw Santa in the Mall I acted all excited and said CY!!!!! What is Santa doing here!?!?!? And without missing a beat, like he had been waiting for me to ask that question, he said, "Sitting on a couch!" and indeed he was.

Nativity

We have been decorating for Christmas with LOTS of nativity scenes. Our boys love to kiss Jesus, and ask to do it several times a day. We love teaching them the true meaning of Christmas. Happy Birthday Jesus!
