Thank you Molly

Molly- Cy, Daddy and Mommy are so thankful that you have been here for us! You have been wonderful. We definitely could not have done it without you.

Cy- because you were a week late, your Molly and Polly were here a week before you were born and were scheduled to leave the day after you were actually born. Polly had to go back to work but thankfully Molly's schedule is a bit more flexible. She stayed with Mommy in the Port Charlotte hospital while Daddy went with you to the special one in St. Pete. I was completely helpless and your Molly took very good care of me. When we were finally allowed to leave the hospital and come see you Molly took me to you. We were both so excited, anxious, and nervous for that hour and a half ride. When I got to hold you for the first time (well actually second, but the first time was only for a minute) I just melted. I had been so strong up until that point- only because of the faith I have in God. I knew He would take care of you. But when we were reunited all was right. Molly stayed with Mommy and Daddy at the Ronald Mc Donald House just blocks from you the first week of your life. What a huge help she was since Mommy could not even walk on her own. Daddy and Molly took really good care of me while God was continuing to heal me. Once you were able to start nursing they took turns feeding you from a bottle at the 2 am and 5 am feedings so that Mommy could rest. Now we are both home and healthy and Molly is now just a visiting grandma, "not live in"- allowing very precious family time for just the three of us. She is staying at a friends house nearby and visiting for a few hours at a time. You are really enjoying getting to snuggle with her. You are her first grand baby, and she has been waiting for you for quite sometime. She loves you more than you may ever know.

Your Poppy (great grandma) came to visit you for a few days too. She is so happy to meet you and hold you. You are the first great grand baby that she has met, and you are very special to her too. Poppy we love you.
